为了克服 均相 催化 剂 在 用于 制 备 各种 重 要化 学 品 中的 一 些困 难, 层 柱粘 土 催 化 剂在 活性、选 择性、重复 使用性 及经济方 面已经证 明是非 常有利的 . 由活 性白土 经硫酸和 铝盐进 行化学处理,然 后在100 ~400 ℃ 焙烧制得 了催化 剂,考察 了醇醚与 乙酸的酯 化活性 并对催化 剂进 行了 表征.结果表 明,层柱 粘土具有 很高的 催化活性 . 活化 过的层 柱粘土催 化剂可 以重复使 用,柱撑 作用增大了层柱 粘土催化 剂的 Le wis 酸 位及少量 Brⅹnsted 酸 位的数 量和强度 . 为了 获得 良好 的层 柱粘 土催化剂, 热处理过 程是非常 重要的 .
In order to overcome some of the difficulties of homogeneous catalysts in the preparation of various important chemicals, pillared clay catalysts have proved very advantageous in terms of activity, selectivity, reusability and economy. The activated clay was treated with sulfuric acid and aluminum salt, then calcined at 100-400 ℃ to obtain the catalyst. The esterification activity of the alcohol ether with acetic acid was investigated and the catalyst was characterized. The results show that pillared clay has a high catalytic activity. Activated pillared clay catalysts can be reused, and the pillaring effect increases the amount and intensity of Le wis acid sites and a small amount of Brönsted acid sites in the pillared clay catalyst. In order to obtain a good pillared clay catalyst, the heat treatment process is very important.
