通过对云南省和北京市山区丘陵区13个大中型输变电工程水土保持方案的编制工作,定量和定性地分析了输变电工程水土流失的特点,以期为同类工程的水土流量预测提供一定的理论依据。根据“因地制宜、因害设防”的原则,输变电建设应当依据水土流失预测结果,找准水土流失防治的重点部位,对水土流失的重点部位实施相应的防治措施,才能达到项目建设与生态环境同步进行的目的,为实现可持续发展战略提供科学依据。
