气泡轻质填料(BMLF)是由水泥、水和气泡按照一定的比例混合凝固形成的。通过室内渗透试验、浸泡试验和无侧限抗压强度试验研究了BMLF的物理力学特性,并基于工况,提出了采用BMLF水平引孔置换部分路堤处治已通车公路桥头跳车的方法。分析表明:BMLF最大吸水率可达到25%,失水后不能恢复到初始容重,故需对BMLF的设计容重进行修正,修正系数在1.00~1.25之间;通过BMLF水平引孔置换后的路面沉降量和沉降速率都逐渐减小并接近零值,在处置已运营公路桥头跳车问题上取得了良好效果。
Bubble lightweight packing (BMLF) is a mixture of cement, water and air bubbles in a certain ratio of solidification. The physical and mechanical characteristics of BMLF were studied through indoor penetration test, immersion test and unconfined compressive strength test. Based on the working conditions, a method of using BMLF horizontal hole to replace part of embankment to treat the already-overturned vehicle at the bridgehead was proposed. The analysis shows that the maximum water absorption of BMLF can reach 25%, and the initial bulk density can not be recovered after water loss. Therefore, the design bulk density of BMLF needs to be corrected with the correction coefficient between 1.00 and 1.25. The road surface settlement after BMLF level replacement Volume and settlement rate are gradually reduced and close to zero, in dealing with the already operating highway bridge head jumped on the issue achieved good results.
