校企合作是我国职业教育提升内涵发展的重要手段与途径,也是职业教育的热点与难点。建构主义的情景教学论,从学习者角度提供在校学生职业素质与能力提高的新视角,文章结合高等职业教育的特点和目前职业教育的教学现状,提出以学习情景建设构造职业素质培养的新方法,帮助提升学生对职业岗位的认知度,缩短毕业生的社会适应期。
