基于热室压铸模具的设计原则和生产经验,设计出两种适合薄壁锌合金盖板热室压铸成形的浇注方案。通过对比充型过程中液流的充填顺序、卷气倾向及表面缺陷分布等模拟结果和生产经验,确定采用带缓冲包的锥形切线浇注系统及相应排溢系统,产品试生产效果与模拟结果符合,能有效避免和转移压铸件缺陷。抛光后铸件表面粗糙度和面形精度分别可达到0.113 6、2.916 9μm,表面品质完全满足要求。
Based on the design principle and production experience of hot-chamber die-casting mold, two kinds of pouring schemes suitable for hot-chamber die-casting of thin-wall zinc alloy cover were designed. By comparing the simulation results and production experience of filling sequence of liquid flow, tendency of curling tendency and surface defect distribution in filling process, the conical tangential casting system with buffer package and the corresponding drainage system were determined. The results of trial production and simulation Compliance, can effectively avoid and transfer die-casting defects. After polishing the surface roughness and surface accuracy of the castings can reach 0.113 6,2.916 9μm, the surface quality fully meet the requirements.
