为尽快研制成高效、无毒、价格低廉的新型杀精子剂,我们从50余种传统中草药中筛选出杀精效果较好(l分钟内使精子瞬间失活)的中药乌梅。经化学分析、提纯,确定其杀精有效成分为枸椽酸。其最低有效杀精浓度为0.09%,经透射电镜观察证明:乌梅─枸椽酸杀伤精子的主要靶结构是精子顶体、质膜、核膜及线粒体,损伤核的遗传物质,使线粒体空泡变性,嵴崩解或者溶解。并证明乌梅─枸椽酸药液的浓度不同,上述结构损伤程度也不同。
In order to develop as soon as possible a new type of spermicide that is highly effective, non-toxic, and inexpensive, we have selected more than 50 kinds of traditional Chinese herbal medicines, Wumei, which has a good killing effect (immediately inactivates the sperm within 1 minute).
