一、多熟种植的必要性贵州的粮食生产,在50年代属自给型,略有调出。从60年代初期以后,随着全省人口的骤增,经济建设的扩大,省内生产的粮食已不能自给,需要调入。80年代以来,每年需从省外调入几十万吨粮食。1985年每农业人均占有粮食325.85公斤,分别较川、湘、桂省(区)低40.25%、17.3%和17.29%。比全国平均水平低52.17%。全省现仍有三分之一的农民年基本口粮在200公斤以下,其中近300万人年平均口粮不足125公斤。可见,粮食问题仍是我省农业发展的一个重要问题。
First, the need for multi-cropping Guizhou’s food production in the 50’s is a self-sufficiency, a slight transfer. Since the early 1960s, with the rapid population growth in the province and the expansion of economic construction, the grain produced in the province has been unable to supply itself and needs to be transferred. Since the 1980s, hundreds of thousands of tons of grain have to be transferred from outside the province every year. In 1985, every person in agriculture occupied 325.85 kilograms of grain, 40.25%, 17.3% and 17.29% lower than that of Sichuan, Hunan and Guangxi provinces. 52.17% lower than the national average. A third of the peasants in the province still have annual basic rations below 200 kg, of which nearly 3 million people have an average annual rations of less than 125 kg. Can be seen that the food issue is still an important issue of agricultural development in our province.
