目的研究降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)与内皮素(ET)在肾综合征出血热(HFRS)发病中的作用。方法用放射免疫法(RIA)检测了60例HFRS患者各个病期血浆CGPR和ET的含量。结果病程各期见血浆ET升高,CGPR降低,以致ET/CGRP比值显著高于正常,尤以病程前三期为著,在少尿期血浆ET与血尿素氮(BUN)呈正相关(P<0.05),多巴胺静脉滴注后血浆ET仅轻微上升,而CGRP上升十余倍。结论血浆ET/CGRP比值升高是引起HFRS急性肾功能不全的一个重要因素,小剂量多巴胺能刺激CGRP释放,有利于肾脏灌注。
Objective To investigate the role of calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) and endothelin (ET) in the pathogenesis of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS). Methods Radioimmunoassay (RIA) was used to detect plasma levels of CGPR and ET in 60 HFRS patients. Results During the course of the disease, plasma ET increased and CGPR decreased. The ET / CGRP ratio was significantly higher than normal, especially in the first three stages of the disease. There was a positive correlation between plasma ET and BUN in oliguria (P < 0.05), plasma ET increased only slightly after dopamine intravenous infusion, while CGRP increased more than ten folds. Conclusions The increase of plasma ET / CGRP ratio is an important factor to cause acute renal failure in HFRS. Low dose dopamine stimulates the release of CGRP, which is beneficial to renal perfusion.
