利益相关者管理是在传统股东利益至上理论基础上发展起来的一种新的管理模式,强调企业要满足利益相关者的利益要求,而不仅仅是股东的利益。营运资金管理强调与供应链管理相结合,通过供应商、企业、客户之间的整合和供应链优化来提升营运资金管理绩效,从而提高企业的价值。二者具有共同的价值管理目标,本文以此为基础构建了利益相关者管理与营运资金管理价值管理框架模型,探讨了利益相关者管理与营运资金管理的共生互动关系,良好的利益相关者管理有助于提高营运资金管理效率,而有效的营运资金管理也有助于企业价值链增值,提升利益相关者价值。
Stakeholder management is a new management mode developed on the basis of the supremacy of interests of traditional shareholders, and emphasizes that enterprises should satisfy the interest demands of stakeholders, not just the interests of shareholders. Working capital management emphasizes the combination of supply chain management and enhances the performance of working capital management through the integration of suppliers, enterprises and customers as well as the optimization of supply chain so as to enhance the value of the enterprise. The two have the common goal of value management. Based on this, this paper builds a stakeholder management and working capital management value management framework model, explores the symbiotic interaction between stakeholder management and working capital management, good stakeholder management Help to improve the working capital management efficiency, and effective working capital management can also help the enterprise value chain value-added and enhance the value of stakeholders.
