目的:优选复方附苓颗粒的制备工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以乌头碱和齐墩果酸的含量及浸膏得率为评价指标,优选复方附苓颗粒的制备工艺。结果:最佳制备工艺为:加10倍量75%的乙醇,回流提取2次,提取时间为1 h。结论:优选的制备工艺操作简便,稳定可行,重复性好,可为该制剂的生产提供理论依据。
Objective: To optimize the preparation process of Fufang Fu Ling granules. Methods: The orthogonal design of L9 (34) was used. The content of aconitine and oleanolic acid and the yield of extract were used as evaluation indexes to optimize the preparation process of Fufang Fu Ling granules. Results: The optimum preparation process was as follows: 10 times the amount of 75% ethanol, reflux extraction 2 times, extraction time was 1 h. Conclusion: The preparation process is simple, stable and feasible, and has good reproducibility. It can provide a theoretical basis for the preparation of this preparation.
