食品生产经营单位是食品卫生的第一责任人,餐饮业在为消费者提供餐饮服务过程中,首先应关注饮食卫生安全,有效防止食物中毒等食品安全事故的发生。一旦发生食物中毒,卫生监督部门将依法进行查处。本期刊登一起发生在酒店的食物中毒案例,旨在警示各餐饮单位要高度重视食品卫生工作,提醒消费者注意加强自我保护,发现疑似食物中毒应尽快向卫生部门报告。
