前言鞍钢冷轧厂1.2m冷轧机400mm工作辊的四列圆锥轴承,材料为GCrl5SiMn。1986年购入30套,几个月内全部损坏报废,最短运转寿命仅几分钟。本工作对其破损原因进行了分析。一、检验结果与讨论 1.宏观观察。全面观察发现,所有损坏的轴承全在内套沿圆周和轴向开裂。在同一内套上,有些裂纹穿透整个壁厚,有些只在表面。所有断口上都有多处平坦且具有明显“贝壳”花样的疲劳断裂区,裂纹源均在内表面上。在内套的内表面和端面上,有严重磨损沟和烧伤带,甚至个别处有金属相互摩
Preface Angang Cold Rolling Mill 1.2m cold rolling mill 400mm work roll four-row tapered bearings, material GCrl5SiMn. Purchased in 1986 30 sets, all damaged within a few months scrapped, the shortest running life of only a few minutes. This work analyzed the causes of its damage.
