目前,在国有企业当中,员工对企业忠诚度不够的现象并不鲜见,不能安心在自己的岗位上发挥自己的才华,以及离职率高等原因,对国有企业的正常发展造成了严重不利的影响。在这种情况下,国有企业面临的一个比较棘手的问题就是提高员工对企业的忠诚度,提升企业与员工之间的粘度。因此,增强企业凝聚力成为企业持续发展必须着力解决的重大问题。本文主要探讨提升员工忠诚度的相关问题,希望可以为相关企业做好类似工作提供一些参考和建议。
At present, among the state-owned enterprises, employees are not uncommon for their loyalty to the enterprise. They can not feel relieved at using their talents in their posts as well as the high turnover rate, which have a serious adverse effect on the normal development of state-owned enterprises . Under such circumstances, one of the most troublesome problems faced by state-owned enterprises is to raise employees’ loyalty to the enterprise and increase the viscosity between the enterprise and the employees. Therefore, enhancing enterprise cohesion has become a major issue that enterprises must make efforts to solve for their sustainable development. This article mainly discusses the related issues of enhancing employee loyalty, and hopes to provide some references and suggestions for the related enterprises to do similar work.
