油液的清洁度对液压设备的功能和使用寿命至关重要。固体污染的原因是各种各样的。污染物会在液压设备装配后侵入,它可经液压油,油箱排气口、活塞杆、或接头等处进入设备,亦可由磨损产生。只有对油进行有效的过滤才不致使污染物积存,以保证液压设备长期可靠地运行。多年来,人们用石英砂对泵作了多次污染试验。这类快速试验促使人们了解有关滑动和密封部位的磨损过程。不过,将用石英砂作快速试验所得出的结果转换成泵在实际工况下长期运行的特性,只是在极为有限的条件下才有可能。
The cleanliness of the fluid is crucial to the functioning and service life of the hydraulics. The causes of solid pollution are varied. Contaminants can invade after the hydraulic equipment is assembled and can enter the equipment via hydraulic oil, venting of fuel tanks, piston rods, or fittings, etc., and can also result from wear and tear. Only effective filtration of the oil will not result in the accumulation of contaminants, to ensure long-term reliable operation of the hydraulic equipment. Over the years, people used quartz sand pump made a number of pollution tests. Such rapid tests have led to an understanding of the wear and tear associated with sliding and sealing sites. However, the conversion of results obtained from rapid tests of quartz sand into long-term operation of the pump under real operating conditions is only possible under very limited conditions.
