酒店业的快速发展使酒店员工能力标准不断升级。自19世纪70年代以来,国外学者一直对酒店人才所需能力进行着探索。本文在对国外相关文献及其主要结论进行综述的基础上,试图总结出酒店管理人才的基本能力,以期对酒店管理人才所需能力进行整体上的把握。 The rapid development of the hotel industry has continuously upgraded the standard of hotel staffing capabilities. Since the 1970s, foreign scholars have been exploring the capabilities of hotel talent. Based on the review of relevant foreign literature and its main conclusions, this article attempts to summarize the basic ability of hotel management personnel in order to grasp the overall ability of hotel management personnel.
