本文以人本管理角度,从分析工程勘察设计企业不同类别员工的培训需求出发,找到企业员工教育培训工作中存在的问题,并按照个性化、创新性和共赢的原则,探讨提升培训教育有效性的具体措施,为工程勘察设计企业利用教育培训打造有竞争力的人才队伍提供参考。
Based on the analysis of the training needs of different types of employees in engineering survey and design enterprises, this article finds the problems existing in the education and training of employees and explores how to improve the effectiveness of training and education according to the principle of individuality, innovation and win-win. Specific measures of sex, for engineering survey and design enterprises to use education and training to create a competitive talent team to provide a reference.
