改革开放以来农村基础教育政策不断完善和创新,教育观念逐渐彰显平等化,管理体制逐渐统筹化,投入体制逐渐福利化,办学形式逐渐多样化。这些政策的应用促进了农村基础教育的很大发展,但也存在一定的不足,所以要继续更新观念,完善新机制,实施弱势补偿,实行依法治教,推动农村基础教育的长足发展。 Since the reform and opening up, rural basic education policy has been continuously improved and innovated. Educational concepts have gradually been shown to be equalized. The management system has been gradually brought into full play. The system has been gradually brought into welfare and the forms of running schools have been gradually diversified. The application of these policies has promoted the great development of basic education in rural areas, but there are also some shortcomings. Therefore, we must continue to update our concepts, improve the new mechanism, implement the compensation for the disadvantaged, administer the education according to law and promote the rapid development of rural basic education.
