出席全国群英会的沈阳第二机床厂青年铣工李裕民刻苦钻研,积极掌握新技术。今年以来,他先后实现重大技术革新15项,,分别提高效率1~272倍。过去是用刨刀加工图1所示的端铣刀刀体齿槽,一个齿槽需要好几刀,而且质量不易保证,成为车间关键。后来经过他苦心钻研,制造一把沟纹拉刀,用这把沟纹拉刀加工齿槽,生产效率提高272倍。沟纹拉刀如图2所示。拉刀总长度较短,一共有17个齿,每齿升高量为0.05毫米。拉刀的技术要
