以毛白杨的中心分布区为调查范围,选择毛白杨纯林,采集吸收根系。根据形态和解剖特征,将中原地区的毛白杨外生菌根划分成14种类型。其中,除类型1(白毛口蘑Tricholomacolumbeta)、类型2(漆腊蘑Laccarialaccata)、类型4(黑核菌Cenococumgeophilium)、类型9和类型11(硬皮马勃Sclerodermasp.)外,其余有9种为共生关系差或极差的外生菌根和拟菌根。菌根的分布特征指标统计结果表明,在广大的毛白杨分布区土壤中,普遍缺乏能与毛白杨形成良好共生关系的外生菌根真菌
Taking the central area of Populus tomentosa as the survey area, the pure forest of Populus tomentosa was selected to collect and absorb the root system. According to the morphological and anatomical characteristics, the ectogenic mycorrhizae of Populus tomentosa were divided into 14 types. Among them, nine were (except Tricholoma columbeta), Type 2 (Laccaria laccata), Type 4 (Cencherum geophilium), Type 9 and Type 11 (Sclerodermasp.) Symbiotic poor or poor ectomycorrhizal and mycorrhizal relationships. The statistical results of mycorrhizal distribution characteristics indicate that there is a general lack of ectomycorrhizal fungi which can form a good symbiotic relationship with Populus tomentosa in the soil of Populus tomentosa
