【目的】观察加味四君子汤对力竭性运动引起的机体体液免疫功能下降的影响。【方法】选用30只SD大鼠经适应性训练后,剔除死亡或不适应大鼠6只,将其他24只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、运动模型组、加味四君子汤组(剂量为8 g/只)。正常组不予任何处理,自由饮食;运动模型组与加味四君子汤组采用运动性力竭训练,造模成功后分别灌胃蒸馏水或加味四君子汤。3组于61 d后即刻取材,检测各组血清免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM与补体C3、C4含量。【结果】加味四君子汤组免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM和补体C3、C4含量显著升高,与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。【结论】加味四君子汤能够有效延缓运动过程中的免疫能力低下。
【Objective】 To observe the effect of Jiawei Sijunzi Decoction on the decline of humoral immune function induced by exhaustive exercise. 【Methods】 Thirty SD rats were selected for training. After the rats were killed or not adapted, sixteen SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, exercise model group, Jiawei Sijunzi Decoction (dosage 8 g / only). The normal group was given no treatment and free diet. The exercise model group and Jiawei Sijunzi Decoction group were exercised with exhaustive exercise. After the model was successfully established, they were given distilled water or modified Sijunzi Decoction respectively. Three groups were harvested immediately after 61 days, and the levels of serum immunoglobulin IgA, IgG, IgM and complement C3 and C4 were detected. 【Results】 The results showed that the contents of immunoglobulin IgA, IgG, IgM, complement C3 and C4 in the Modified Sijunzi Decoction group were significantly higher than those in the model group (P <0.01). 【Conclusion】 Modified Sijunzi Decoction can effectively delay the low immunocompetence during exercise.
