预应力混凝土预制箱梁具备刚度强和性能好的特点,加之能够使用较为复杂且稳定性较高的桥梁建设工程,使其在桥梁建设工作得到有效利用。但由于桥梁结构、施工工艺和建筑材料、施工环境等多种因素的影响,无法对预应力混凝土预制箱梁施工质量进行合理把控,从而为桥梁工程的发展带来巨大挑战。基于此,本文对现阶段预应力混凝土预制箱梁常见施工工艺进行分析,意在促进国内桥梁建设事业的发展。
Prestressed concrete precast box girder with strong rigidity and good performance characteristics, combined with the ability to use the more complex and high stability of the bridge construction project, to make effective use of the bridge construction work. However, due to the influence of many factors such as the structure of bridge, construction technology, building materials and construction environment, it is impossible to control the construction quality of prestressed concrete box girders prefabricated, which brings great challenges for the development of bridge engineering. Based on this, this paper analyzes the common construction technology of prestressed concrete precast box girder at present stage, and aims to promote the development of domestic bridge construction.
