目的:建立免疫性前列腺炎大鼠模型,探讨模型大鼠机械痛阈的变化规律,为免疫性前列腺炎疼痛机制的研究及药物治疗提供动物实验依据。方法:将20只180~220 g的雄性Wistar大鼠随机均分为模型组与对照组,模型组大鼠分别于第0、30天皮下多点注射60 mg/ml大鼠前列腺蛋白提纯液,同时腹腔注射百白破疫苗及弗氏完全佐剂,建立免疫性前列腺炎大鼠模型。造模8周后处死动物,HE染色观察各组前列腺组织的病理学表现;运用Von Frey纤毛机械刺激针,于实验开始第0天起每周触压各组大鼠的后足,测定其对机械性轻压和轻触痛的反应阈值。结果:HE染色可见模型组大鼠前列腺组织出现不同程度的慢性炎症表现。与对照组[初始痛阈值为(69.33±4.99)g,第8周痛阈值为(66.53±4.48)g]相比,模型组大鼠的机械性痛阈值随造模时间的延长逐渐降低[模型组初始痛阈值为(65.52±6.27)g,第8周痛阈值为(23.67±4.09)g],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);且两组大鼠在不同时间点机械性痛阈的变化趋势不同,此差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:本研究成功建立了自身免疫性前列腺炎大鼠模型,且造模后大鼠机械痛阈值逐渐降低,出现异常痛敏表现。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a rat model of immune prostatitis, investigate the change rules of mechanical pain threshold in rats and provide animal experimental evidences for the study of pain mechanism and drug treatment of immune prostatitis. Methods: Twenty male Wistar rats (180-220 g) were randomly divided into model group and control group.
