俗话说:靠山吃山,靠海吃海.海边渔民吃鱼可算是近水楼台先得月了.他们得鱼方便,吃法也别于内地.这里介绍几种渔民理想的吃鱼方法.海砺烧豆腐海砺,又叫做牡砺,是海中一种贝类动物(市场上出售的海砺大多数都是去掉贝壳的).海砺向富含蛋白质,其特有的鲜味,在海产品中是屈指可数的.渔民们常把豆腐切成很小的豆腐块,用大葱、生姜、油盐酱醋和海砺拌匀后,下锅炒上十分钟左右,加水(没过锅中食物).
