公务员考录制的作为公务员制度中一个重要的制度,是公务员制度的核心内容,是公务员制度建设的一个关键环节存在。由于我国目前所处的社会阶段,政治环境、经济环境和文化环境等社会环境尚未成熟,面对日新月异的社会变化以及全球范围的公务员考试录用改革的潮流看,发现公务员制度中存在的问题和解决这些问题成为当今时代研究的一个重要方向。本文通过SWOT分析法选择公务员考录制度中年龄限制这一方面的问题分析,来对公务员考录制中年龄资格的放宽问题提出自己的看法和建议,以期能为公务员考录制中其他存在的问题的解决和制度的完善有所裨益。
