辽宁省阜新市玉米种植面积26万hm2(390万亩),玉米机械化播种24.77万hm2(371.5万亩)。玉米生产机整地、机播、机械化田间管理等已经占了玉米种植面积的很大比例,而玉米机械化收获面积仅为4.02万hm2(60.23万亩),机收水平为15.4%。由以上数据可以看出,玉米机械化种植的各生产环节,只有机械化收获水平最低,因此,加快发展玉米全程机械化的重中之重是玉米机械化收获。1玉米机械化收获现状(1)2011年,玉米机收面积为4.02万hm2(60.23万亩),机收水平为15.4%,比2010年提高了4个百分点。(2)截至2011年,玉米收获机保有量260台,比2010年增加了87台。
