以稀土固体超强酸S2O82-/ZrO2-PrO2-TiO2为催化剂,苯乙酸和乙醇为原料合成了苯乙酸乙酯。考察了催化剂用量、原料配比、反应时间等对酯化反应的影响。其最适宜反应条件:酸醇比为1:5、催化剂用量为1.5 g(苯乙酸为0.1mol)、反应时间为6 h,在此条件下酯化率可达88%以上。表明固体超强酸S2O28-/ZrO2-PrO2-TiO2具有良好的催化活性,它的使用可避免用浓硫酸催化所造成的环境污染,并可重复使用。
Rare earth solid superacid S2O82- / ZrO2-PrO2-TiO2 was used as catalyst, and phenylacetic acid was synthesized from phenylacetic acid and ethanol. The effect of catalyst amount, raw material ratio and reaction time on the esterification reaction was investigated. The optimal reaction conditions were as follows: the ratio of alcohol to alcohol was 1: 5, the amount of catalyst was 1.5 g (phenylacetic acid was 0.1 mol) and the reaction time was 6 h. Under this condition, the esterification rate could reach over 88%. The results show that the solid superacid S2O28- / ZrO2-PrO2-TiO2 has good catalytic activity. Its use can avoid the environmental pollution caused by the concentrated sulfuric acid catalysis and can be reused.
