目的:优选苦参中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的提取、纯化等工艺方法。方法:采用正交设计法优化提取工艺并进行验证。结果:对苦参经温浸提取,纯化后的沉淀物进行酸水再次温浸的最佳工艺为加0.1%盐酸水溶液,每次10倍量,温浸提取1次,苦参中的苦参碱与氧化苦参碱的总量转移率在97%以上。结论:用该工艺提取苦参碱和氧化苦参碱,稳定可行,得率高,实用性强。
Objective: To optimize the extraction and purification of matrine and oxymatrine in Sophora flavescens. Methods: The orthogonal design method was used to optimize the extraction process and verify. Results: The optimum conditions for the soaking of Sophora flavescens by temperature leaching were as follows: 0.1% hydrochloric acid aqueous solution, 10 times of each time, 1 time warm extraction, the Sophora flavescens The total amount of alkali and oxymatrine transferred more than 97%. Conclusion: The extraction of matrine and oxymatrine by this process is stable and feasible with high yield and good practicability.
