为保障回灌地下再生水水质,采用NF270纳滤膜深度处理污水厂二级出水,测量出水中污染物的去除效果,研究最佳操作条件。结果表明:该纳滤膜使溶解性有机碳(DOC)去除率大于70%,DOC的质量浓度降至1.5 mg.L-1,满足回灌过程中DOC质量浓度<3.0 mg.L-1的要求;使总溶解性固体(TDS)的去除率大于45%,TDS的质量浓度降至300mg.L-1,达到I类地下水标准;对硬度、总磷、各种无机离子等均有去除效果。小于0.8 MPa的压强和4 L.min-1的进水体积流量可以减缓纳滤膜的污染进程。用0.1%NaOH溶液清洗污染膜可以使通量恢复。
In order to ensure the quality of reclaimed underground reclaimed water, NF270 nanofiltration membrane was used to process the secondary effluent of wastewater treatment plant to measure the removal effect of contaminants in effluent and to study the optimum operating conditions. The results showed that the removal rate of dissolved organic carbon (DOC) was more than 70% and the concentration of DOC was reduced to 1.5 mg.L-1, which satisfied the DOC concentration <3.0 mg.L-1 Requirements; so that the total dissolved solids (TDS) removal rate greater than 45%, TDS mass concentration dropped to 300mg.L-1, I meet the groundwater standards; on the hardness, total phosphorus, a variety of inorganic ions, etc. are removed . The pressure of less than 0.8 MPa and the inflow volume flow of 4 L.min-1 can slow the pollution process of the nanofiltration membrane. Flushing the fouling membrane with 0.1% NaOH solution allows the flux to recover.
