冶金工业炉窑节能新技术已列入国家“八五”期间重点推广项目。为进一步促进该项技术的推广应用,受国家计委委托,冶金部最近在马鞍山市召开了冶金工业炉窑节能新技术推广应用工作会议。 会议认为,十年来,我国冶金工业炉窑节能成绩显著,以轧钢加热炉为例,燃料单耗节约了43.5%,均热炉节能33.2%,但与国际先进水平相比还有很大差距,燃料单耗比日本高出50%以上。加热炉余热平均回收率仅为9.3%,说明节能潜力仍很大,面临的节能任务仍十分艰巨,必须对冶金工业炉窑进行以节能为目标的综合治理。会议认为,应积极推广近年来开发的已被实践证明并经过鉴定的实用节能技术。为了推动这项工作,冶金部决定成立冶金部工业炉窑节能新技术推广中心,具体组
Metallurgical industrial furnaces new energy-saving technologies have been included in the national “85” during the promotion of key projects. To further promote the popularization and application of the technology, commissioned by the State Development Planning Commission, the Ministry of Metallurgy recently held a working conference on popularization and application of new energy-saving technologies for metallurgical industrial furnaces in Ma’anshan City. The meeting held that over the past ten years, China’s metallurgical industry kiln energy-saving performance notable, the rolling furnace, for example, fuel consumption savings of 43.5%, soaking furnace energy-saving 33.2%, but compared with the international advanced level there is still a big gap, Fuel consumption more than 50% higher than Japan.
