目的通过实验室间比对评价广东省职业卫生技术服务机构检测粉尘中游离二氧化硅的技术水平和能力。方法 2012—2015年分别在55、61、58和66家职业卫生技术服务机构开展粉尘中游离二氧化硅水平检测的实验室间比对,采用四分稳健统计技术对检测结果进行统计分析,同时以实验室检测结果与其中位数的相对偏差作为实验室技术能力的辅助评价指标。结果游离二氧化硅水平>20.00%的样品的稳健变异系数(CV)均低于5.00%,但游离二氧化硅水平≤20.00%的样品的稳健CV均大于5.00%。2012—2015年比对合格率分别为89.09%、81.97%、77.59%和81.82%;2012—2015年各年度民营机构和非民营机构比对结果合格率分别比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);各年度珠江三角洲地区机构与非珠江三角洲地区机构的比对结果合格率分别比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论定期开展粉尘中游离二氧化硅实验室间比对有助于提高职业卫生服务机构技术服务质量。
Objective To evaluate the technical level and capability of occupational health technology service agencies in Guangdong to detect free silica in dust through laboratory comparison. Methods Between 2012 and 2015, 55, 61, 58 and 66 occupational health service agencies respectively carried out the laboratory comparison of the detection of free silica in dust and the statistical analysis of the test results by using the four-point steady statistical technique, meanwhile, The laboratory test results and the median relative deviation as a laboratory technical ability of the auxiliary evaluation index. Results Samples with free silica levels> 20.00% had a coefficient of variation (CV) of less than 5.00%, whereas samples with free silica level <20.00% had a steady-state CV of greater than 5.00%. The pass rates in 2012-2015 were 89.09%, 81.97%, 77.59% and 81.82% respectively. There was no significant difference in pass rates between private and non-government organizations in 2012-2015 (P > 0.05). There was no significant difference (P> 0.05) in the passing rates of the results of the comparison between the organizations in the Pearl River Delta and the non-Pearl River Delta in each year. CONCLUSIONS Regular periodic laboratory comparison of free silica in dust helps to improve the technical service quality of occupational health services.
