本文介绍了我国自行设计和制造的第一台真空脱气、电磁搅拌和电弧加热多功能的炉外精炼炉。结合工艺讨论了炉外精炼过程中的几个理论问题:关于真空下碳脱氧的问题;关于搅拌和去除夹杂的关系问题;关于精炼过程中加热的必要性问题。通过在北京钢厂精炼炉上百余炉的实验数据证明,炉外精炼对改善钢的质量、提高钢的产量和降低钢的成本等方面具有明显的效果。
This article describes the first vacuum degassing, electromagnetic stirring and arc heating multi-functional furnace refining furnace designed and manufactured by our country. In combination with the process, several theoretical problems in the refining of the furnace are discussed: the problem of carbon deoxidation under vacuum, the relationship between mixing and removing inclusions, and the necessity of heating in the refining process. Through the experimental data of more than 100 furnaces in the refining furnace in Beijing, it is proved that the refining outside the furnace has obvious effects on improving the quality of steel, increasing the output of steel and reducing the cost of steel.
