目的:分析CR、平板DR、CCD在泌尿系统造影中的临床应用价值。方法:分别用CCD、平板DR、CR成像系统行静脉肾盂造影、逆行造影、膀胱、尿道造影及泌尿系瘘管造影,观察其影像显示效果及应用效率,以获取泌尿系统各种造影在不同数字化设备检查中的最佳方法,在提高工作效率方面取得优化的途径。结果:CCD成像系统在泌尿系统造影中的图像预览时间、图像观察效果、平均检查时间等方面优于平板DR和CR,工作效率较高。结论:泌尿系统的各种造影在临床应用价值方面,以CCD成像系统为优选检查方法。
Objective: To analyze the clinical value of CR, plate DR and CCD in urography. Methods: The images of urinary system were observed with intravenous pyelography, retrograde angiography, bladder, urethrography and urology fistula respectively by using CCD, flat panel DR and CR imaging system, and their imaging efficiency and application efficiency were observed to obtain various kinds of urography urography on different digital devices The best way to check, and to optimize the way to improve work efficiency. Results: The CCD imaging system was superior to DR and CR in terms of image preview time, image observation effect and average examination time in urography. The working efficiency was high. Conclusion: Various urological imaging in clinical application value, with CCD imaging system as the preferred method of examination.
