近日,广东人民出版社出版了由中国睡眠研究会前理事长、中国协和医科大学博士生导师黄席珍教授撰写的科普读物——《黄席珍睡眠忠告》。作者用通俗简洁的文笔,从日常生活入手,针对不同的读者提出了睡出健康、睡出质量、睡出科学的方法。对漂亮 MM 而言,这本书要告诉她们的是:睡眠是人类最自然、最便捷的美容方式,要想皮肤好,睡眠不能少。首先,作者从睡眠医学专业的角度,阐述了睡眠对肌肤健康的重要性。皮肤的色泽,取决于表皮细胞内黑色素的含量、位置以及皮肤血管收缩扩张的程度;皮肤的弹性,有赖于皮肤真皮下组织微血管的充足营养供应。睡眠对此起着主导作用。
