荧光素标记的选择性扩增片段长度多态性 (fluorescentamplifiedfragmentlengthpolymorphism ,FAFLP)分析是一种用荧光素标记引物扩增已知酶切位点和接头DNA片段的指纹图技术 ,具有快速、简便、价廉、分辨率高、重复性好和污染少的特点。该方法已被成功地应用于植物学、动物学、法医学、微生物学等领域 ,是目前微生物流行病学调查、鉴定、分型和遗传分析中较为理想的分子生物学方法。本文主要介绍了FAFLP技术的原理、方法及其在微生物学中的应用。
Fluorescein-labeled selective amplified fragment length polymorphism (FAFLP) analysis is a fingerprint technique that uses fluorescein-labeled primers to amplify known restriction enzyme sites and adapter DNA fragments, providing fast, easy, Cheap, high resolution, good repeatability and less pollution. The method has been successfully applied in botany, zoology, forensic science, microbiology and other fields. It is an ideal molecular biology method in epidemiological investigation, identification, typing and genetic analysis of microorganisms. This article mainly introduces the principle and method of FAFLP technology and its application in microbiology.
