“北冰红”是从[(山-欧)F2×山(山-欧)F2]F5代中选育出的新品种。果穗平均重159.5g,果粒重1.30g,正常成熟时果实可溶性固形物17.6%～25.8%,总酸1.322%～1.481%,出汁率65.4%～70.2%。生育期138～140d。12月上旬采收的冰冻果实的可溶性固形物35.2%～37.0%,总酸1.341%～1.592%,出汁率16.3%～23.1%。北冰红抗寒性和抗病力强,产量高,6年生树平均产量1388.4～1895.7kg/667m2,用其所酿的冰红葡萄酒酒质好。
“Bei Bing Hong” is a new breed bred from F2 (Mountain - Europe) F2 × Mountain (Mountain - Europe) F2] F5 generation. The average weight of the ears is 159.5g and the fruit weight is 1.30g. The soluble solid contents of normal fruit are 17.6% -25.8%, the total acids are 1.322% -1.481% and the juice yield is 65.4% -70.2%. Growth period 138 ~ 140d. The soluble solids of frozen fruits harvested in early December were 35.2% -37.0%, total acids 1.341% -1.592%, and juice yield 16.3% -23.1%. Arctic red hardiness and disease resistance, high yield, 6-year-old tree average yield 1388.4 ~ 1895.7kg / 667m2, with its brewed red wine with good wine quality.
