全国省会市卫生防疫站营养与食品卫生科研与管理协作组第四次会议于1991年10月16日至19日在成都市召开。来自全国各省会城市卫生防疫站站长、食监所所长、食品卫生监督员、“食品卫生”信息中心负责人等36人参加了会议。会议收到学术论文21篇,工作及技术规范3篇。会议交流了“酱油、醋消毒方法评价”、“面包、饼干、蛋糕的霉菌污染情况及原因调查”的研究进展情况,食品卫生监督质控,加药食品调盘,街头食品卫生管理初抓,硅藻土过滤酱油除菌效果,几起典型食物中毒处理等方面
The Fourth Meeting of the Collaborative Group on Nutrition and Food Hygiene, Scientific Research and Management of the National Health and Epidemic Prevention Station in the Provincial Capital City was held in Chengdu from October 16 to 19, 1991. 36 people, including chiefs from urban health and epidemic prevention stations in various provincial capitals, director of Food and Drug Administration, food hygiene supervisor and person in charge of Food Hygiene Information Center, attended the meeting.
