目的 建立合适大鼠糖尿病动物模型。方法 选取健康大鼠 2 2只 ,体重为 180~ 2 40 g ,随机分为实验组 1、实验组 2、实验组 3、正常组。实验 1~ 3组腹腔注射四氧嘧啶 ,注射剂量分别为 15 0mg/kg、175mg/kg、2 0 0mg/kg(按体重计算 ) ,经 48h后取血清测定其血糖的变化。结果 实验 1~ 3组大鼠血糖均显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;实验 3组的血糖显著高于实验 2组和实验 1组 (P <0 .0 1) ;实验 2组显著高于实验 1组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 大鼠腹腔注射四氧嘧啶建立糖尿病模型是一种可靠、易控制的方法。血糖的升高与体重、鼠龄有关。
Objective To establish an animal model of diabetic rats. Methods Twenty two healthy rats weighing 180-2 240 g were randomly divided into experimental group 1, experimental group 2, experimental group 3, and normal group. All the rats in experiment 1 ~ 3 group were given intraperitoneal injection of alloxan. The injection doses were 15 0mg / kg, 175mg / kg, 200mg / kg respectively. After 48h, the changes of blood glucose were measured. Results The blood glucose of rats in experiment 1 ~ 3 group was significantly higher than that of normal control group (P <0.01). The blood glucose of experimental group 3 was significantly higher than that of experimental group 2 and experimental group 1 (P <0.01) 2 group was significantly higher than the experimental group 1 (P <0.01). Conclusion Intraperitoneal injection of alloxan to establish diabetic model is a reliable and easy-to-control method. Blood sugar and weight, age-related.
