目的 寻找颅内动脉CT血管造影 (CAT)技术中延迟时间设定的新方法。方法 记录按T =13× 6 0 /F +Tm 计算延迟时间检查成功的 30例受检者的小剂量实验峰值 ;按T =13× 6 0 /F +T12 0 延迟时间检查 2 0例 ;经统计学处理 ,得出95 %的可信限。比较两种检查方法所获得的颅内动脉MIP图像优良率。结果 导出新公式为 :T =13× 6 0 /F +T12 0 。按原公式计算延迟时间获得的颅内动脉MIP图像优良率为 33 .3 % (10 /30 ) ,新公式计算延迟时间获得的颅内动脉MIP显示优良率为 6 5 % (13/2 0 )。结论 新公式可适合计算不同个体的延迟时间 ,既保证检查成功 ,又提高了图像质量。
Objective To find a new method of setting the delay time in intracranial arterial CT angiography (CAT). Methods The small-dose peak value of 30 subjects with successful delay time test was calculated according to T = 13 × 6 0 / F + Tm. Twenty-two patients were examined by T = 13 × 60 / F + T12 0 delay time. Statistical treatment, come to 95% confidence limits. The excellent rate of intracranial arterial MIP images obtained by the two methods was compared. The result of the new formula is: T = 13 × 6 0 / F + T12 0. The excellent rate of intracranial arterial MIP obtained by the original formula was 33.3% (10/30). The MIP of intracranial artery obtained by the new formula was 65% (13/2 0) . Conclusion The new formula can be suitable for calculating the delay time of different individuals, both to ensure the success of the inspection, but also improve the image quality.
