作者在电镜下观察到松果腺内含有大量无髓神经纤维、少量有髓神经纤维以及三种类型的神经末梢(膨体)。切除颈上节两个月后,无髓神经纤维与第1类末梢几乎全部消失,然而有髓神经末梢与第2、3类神经末梢并不消失。由此表明:无髓神经纤维来自颈上节,其末梢可能是第1类末梢;有髓神经纤维不是来自颈上节,可能来源于脑,其末梢可能是2和3类末梢。依据末梢所含突触小泡的形态特点可以考虑在功能上2类末梢属于胆硷能,3类末梢则为肽能。
The authors observed in pineal gland massive non-myelinated nerve fibers, a small amount of myelinated nerve fibers and three types of nerve endings (bulge). Two months after the removal of the upper cervical segment, the myelinated nerve fibers disappeared almost completely from the first type of peripherals, whereas the myelinated nerve endings did not disappear from the second and third nerve endings. Thus, unmyelinated nerve fibers originate from the supraspinal ganglion and their distal endings may be type 1 peripherals. The myelinated nerve fibers do not originate from the supraspinal ganglion. They may originate from the brain and their distal endings may be of type 2 and 3. Based on the morphological characteristics of the synaptic vesicles contained in the peripherals, it can be considered that there are two types of functions in cholinergic functions, and the three types of peripheral functions are peptide energies.
