1、标准和质量最近有专家讲“质量的最终标准是用户完全满意”、“质量最主要是对消费者的适用性、是功能和价格比”。此论虽立足于质量,却揭示了现代化标准管理的实质。标准不等于质量,它作为规范产品质量的一种手段,本身就带有强烈的时代特色;质量离不开标准,没有标准?
1. Standards and Quality Recently, some experts said that “the ultimate standard of quality is the complete satisfaction of users” and “the most important quality is the applicability to consumers and the function and price ratio.” Although this theory is based on quality, it reveals the essence of modern standards management. Standards do not equate to quality. As a means of regulating product quality, it itself has strong characteristics of the times; quality cannot be separated from standards, and there are no standards.
