双语教育是民族教育的重要组成部分,其发展水平是关系到民族素质的提高和社会和谐发展的重大问题。基于东北地区教育部门提供的民族教育发展资料,历时性(1979-2009年)地考察东北地区朝鲜族学校的双语教育发展状况,并从双语教育政策、资金投入、师资建设以及教材建设等方面提出相应对策。
Bilingual education is an important part of ethnic education. Its level of development is a major issue that relates to the improvement of national qualities and the harmonious social development. Based on the information on the development of ethnic education provided by the educational authorities in Northeast China, this paper examines the development of bilingual education in Korean schools in northeastern China in diachronic periods (1979-2009) and puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of bilingual education policy, capital investment, faculty construction and teaching material construction Corresponding countermeasures.
