目的优选丹皮酚巴布剂最佳基质的配比,制备性能优良的巴布剂。方法采用响应面设计,以基质均匀性、延展性、膜残留性、皮肤追随性、黏度、剥离强度为综合指标,以配方原料为因素,对巴布剂基质组成比例进行优化。结果通过对析因实验,爬坡实验和Box-Behnken实验数据进行分析,优选出最佳配方比为乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)∶甘羟铝∶酒石酸∶K-90∶甘油∶XL-10∶NP-800=0.20∶0.20∶0.10∶1.00∶28.62∶1.95∶5.88。结论所得配方基质较优,制备出丹皮酚巴布剂符合药剂学要求。
Objective To optimize the ratio of paeonol poultice to the best matrix and prepare poultice with excellent performance. Methods The response surface design was used to optimize the matrix composition ratio of cataplasm base on the basis of formulation raw materials, taking matrix homogeneity, ductility, membrane residual property, skin followability, viscosity and peel strength as the comprehensive indexes. Results The optimum formulation ratio was ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA): Glycoaluminum: Tartrate: K-90: Glycerol: XL-10 by analyzing the factorial experiment, hill climbing experiment and Box-Behnken experimental data. : NP-800 = 0.20: 0.20: 0.10: 1.00: 28.62: 1.95: 5.88. Conclusions The obtained formulation matrix is superior, and the preparation of paeonol poultice complies with the requirements of pharmacy.
