本文通过对我国汽车4S店的运营现状进行分析,结合全面预算管理的概念和特征,详细阐述了全面预算管理在4S店中的规划未来、整合资源、内部沟通、强化控制、考评业绩、规避风险等重要作用。本文提出在4S店中成熟运用全面预算管理,要从采用适当的预算方式、突出预算重点、明确各方责任、及时做好差异分析、落实制度体系及绩效考核等多方面入手。
Based on the analysis of the operation status of 4S shop in China and the concept and characteristics of the comprehensive budget management, this paper elaborates the planning future of 4S shop in detail, integrates resources and internal communication, strengthens control, appraises performance and avoids the risk Other important role.
