我国工业和民用建筑中采用高强螺栓连接,已日益成为广泛的钢结构连接(包括现场安装) 形式。近年来,许多国家对螺栓连接中提高摩擦系数的研究已取得了较大的突破和进展。日本土木学会已把高强螺栓连接接头摩擦面经喷砂或酸洗处理后生成赤锈提高摩擦系数的成果列入了钢铁道桥设计标准中。美国和西德则采用热浸镀锌、喷涂锌铅金属及涂刷富锌漆等处理方法来提高防锈能
The use of high-strength bolted connections in industrial and residential buildings in China has become an increasingly widespread form of steel structure (including on-site installation). In recent years, many countries have made greater breakthroughs and advances in the study of increasing the friction coefficient in bolted joints. The Japanese Society of Civil Engineering has included the results of the friction and friction coefficient of high-strength bolted joints after sandblasting or pickling to generate red rust, which is included in the steel bridge design standards. In the United States and West Germany, hot dip galvanizing, spray zinc-lead metal, and brushing zinc-rich paints are used to improve rust protection.
