目的:探讨对妊娠期妇女定期进行个体化饮食营养指导对胎儿生长发育及孕妇健康的影响。方法:选择2010年3月~2012年3月定期正规产检的200例孕妇,采取自愿原则随机分为研究组和对照组各100例,研究组根据妊娠的不同时期对孕妇饮食进行监测,进行个体化合理的膳食营养指导,对照组未接受过任何关于饮食营养方面的专业指导,根据孕妇的饮食习惯与喜好进食。两者在孕期定期监测血压、体重、宫高、腹围,血糖(包括糖尿病筛查)、血红蛋白,追踪分娩结局及新生儿出生体重。结果:两组间在分娩结局、孕期体重增加、妊娠期贫血、妊娠糖尿病及糖耐量异常、妊娠期高血压疾病及新生儿出生体重方面比较,均有统计学差异。结论:对孕妇进行定期个体化饮食营养指导有利于优生优育,降低妊娠合并症,保障母体和胎儿的健康。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of regular diet nutrition guidance on the growth and development of pregnant women and the health of pregnant women during pregnancy. Methods: A total of 200 pregnant women who were regular regular check-up from March 2010 to March 2012 were randomly divided into study group and control group with 100 cases each. The study group monitored the pregnant women’s diet according to the different stages of pregnancy, Rational diet nutrition guidance, the control group did not receive any professional guidance on diet nutrition, according to pregnant women’s eating habits and preferences of eating. Both regularly monitor blood pressure, weight, height of the uterus, abdominal circumference, blood glucose (including screening for diabetes mellitus), hemoglobin during pregnancy, and follow-up of childbirth outcomes and newborn birth weight. Results: There were significant differences between the two groups in terms of delivery end, weight gain during pregnancy, gestational anemia, gestational diabetes mellitus and impaired glucose tolerance, gestational hypertension and newborn birth weight. Conclusion: The regular dietary nutrition guidance for pregnant women is conducive to prenatal and postnatal care, reduce pregnancy complications, and protect the health of the mother and the fetus.
