云计算作为一种具有按需配置能力的互联网信息服务模式,给传统的知识管理系统带来颠覆性的影响。云计算及服务通过嵌入、迁移和重构等方式推进现有知识管理系统再造进程,形成基于云的知识管理系统,从而加速知识管理系统与组织社会资本、商业模式和价值战略的深入融合。文章基于社会知识学视野下的知识管理系统框架,从再造路径、方式、机制和目的 4个环节构建了基于云计算的企业知识管理系统再造体系,结合云计算的战略理念、技术创新、商业模式和价值创造特征,解析再造体系的要素和结构,旨在为构建云计算环境下的知识管理系统提供相关技术和方法,以促进企业知识管理系统和业务的深度融合和价值共创,促进面向服务的协同价值链创新。
Cloud computing, as an Internet information service model with on-demand configuration ability, has a disruptive effect on the traditional knowledge management system. Cloud computing and services promote the reengineering process of existing knowledge management systems by embedding, relocating and refactoring to form a cloud-based knowledge management system, thus speeding up the in-depth integration of knowledge management systems with organizational social capital, business models and value strategies. Based on the knowledge management system framework from the perspective of social knowledge, this paper builds a system of reengineering knowledge management system based on cloud computing from four aspects of reengineering path, manner, mechanism and purpose. Combining with the strategic concept of cloud computing, technological innovation, business model And value creation features to analyze the elements and structure of the recycling system to provide technologies and methods for building a knowledge management system in a cloud computing environment so as to promote the deep integration and value creation of knowledge management systems and services in enterprises and promote service oriented Collaborative value chain innovation.
