系统通过对白龟山水库基础地理信息与工程规划设计、防汛及运行管理等信息的数字化处理,建立了一套能够二维、三维展示水库地理形态、水工建筑物结构及规划建设信息的可视化管理系统,并以此为平台实现水库水位、库容及淹没范围演变、冲淤变化、水沙关系等重要内容的数字化管理,从而为水库防汛调度和科学运用提供决策依据。
By digitizing the basic geographic information and engineering planning and design, flood control and operation management of Baigushan Reservoir, the system has established a set of visual management that can display the reservoir geographical form, hydraulic structure and planning and construction information in two dimensions and three dimensions System, and as a platform to realize the digital management of important contents such as reservoir water level, reservoir capacity and inundation area evolution, scouring and silting changes, water and sand relations and so on, so as to provide decision basis for reservoir flood control and scientific utilization.
