选择幽门螺杆菌感染的十二指肠溃疡患者３０例，健康人２０例，用放射免疫法测定其血清降钙素基因相关肽（ＣＧＲＰ）含量，旨在探讨十二指肠溃疡与ＣＧＲＰ的可能关系。结果显示，幽门螺杆菌感染的十二指肠溃疡患者血清ＣＧＲＰ水平明显低于健康者，分别为３５７９±１４３２与５３５１±１３２５；差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示ＣＧＲＰ血清水平降低，可能与幽门螺杆菌感染所致十二指肠溃疡的发病有关。
30 patients with Helicobacter pylori-infected duodenal ulcer and 20 healthy individuals were selected for determination of serum calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) by radioimmunoassay to explore the possibility of duodenal ulcer and CGRP relationship. The results showed that Helicobacter pylori infection in patients with duodenal ulcer serum CGRP levels were significantly lower than healthy people, respectively, 35.79 ± 14.32 and 53.51 ± 13.25; the difference was significant (P <0. 01). Tip CGRP serum levels decreased, may be associated with Helicobacter pylori infection caused by the incidence of duodenal ulcer.
