利用机动输油管线信息化改造后已有的泵机组、泵站和调度中心三层架构数据采集与通信条件,实现了全线各泵站流量、压力等参数的实时采集与传输。通过充分挖掘各泵站上传的流量、压力等参数的额外价值,开发了基于可变窗长中值滤波器和扩展形态滤波器的泄漏检测综合算法,建立了实用的机动输油管线泄漏监测系统,最大限度地减少了泄漏经济损失和环境污染,并使得机动输油管线“指挥调度软件”的功能更加全面,提升了输油系统安全运行管理水平。
Utilizing the data acquisition and communication conditions of the existing three-tier structure of pumping units, pumping stations and dispatching centers after the informationization of the motorized oil pipeline has been realized, real-time acquisition and transmission of the flow and pressure of all the pumping stations are realized. By fully exploiting the extra value of parameters such as flow and pressure uploaded by each pumping station, a comprehensive leak detection algorithm based on variable-length median filter and extended morphological filter was developed and a practical monitoring system for the leakage of the pipeline was established. Minimized leakage of economic losses and environmental pollution, and make the motor oil pipeline “Command and Control Software ” function more comprehensive and improve the safe operation of the oil system management level.
