文化产业主要是以文化产品为中心,进行策划、生产、消费以及传播而建立的一套商业化及工业化运作体系,不仅应该以市场为导向,同时还应该以公共服务为导向。我国文化部门一直以来都采用的经营管理模式都是非盈利性的,因此很少会人有愿意到文化部门工作,这也是导致我国文化产业管理人才培养发展相对缓慢的主要原因。随着全球一体化进程的不断深入,文化产业得到了迅速发展,这对文化产业经营管理人才的需求量越来越大。新时期下非常有必要探索一种有效的文化产业管理人才培养模式。
The cultural industry is mainly a set of commercialized and industrialized operation system established by planning, producing, consuming and distributing cultural products. It should not only be market-oriented, but also be guided by public services. Since the management mode of our country’s cultural sector has always been non-profit, few people are willing to work in the cultural sector. This is also the main reason that leads to the relatively slow development of cultural industry management personnel in our country. With the continuous deepening of the process of global integration, the cultural industry has been rapidly developed, and the demand for cultural industry management personnel has been growing. Under the new era, it is very necessary to explore an effective culture industry management personnel training mode.
